2025 Training of Next Generation Employees

Pursuant to the annual plan of the Company, the 2025 Session of Training of Next Generation Employees was held on June 7, 2025 (Saturday). A total of 21 employees attended this training session. The deputy general manager delivered a pre-training speech, requiring the employees to master skills and apply in their work.

The trainer first reviewed the contents about DX basics and practices both learning in the previous two sessions. This is the third stage of DX improvement. During the training process, in line with the content of the Company's annual operation policy, AI (artificial intelligence0 was introduced, and the department DX management data models were then inferred with the assistance of AI to effectively build digital models of the departments’ business DX transformations, and subsequently the models were used to explore new opportunities and directions for business improvement, in a move to improve the efficiency of business development.

Through three sessions of DX training, the Company will use DX to deepen digital transformation and AI knowledge in the future, carry out learning within its various departments, enable employees to improve efficiency and innovation, and promote its sustainable development.
