2025 First Half Small Group Improvement Event Release

On May 09, 2025, the Final Release Meeting of 2025 First Half Small Group Improvement Event was held. There were total 17 groups participated in this year’s Small Group Improvement Event at the beginning of this year. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at various business departments, a total of seven groups recommended to attend this company-level final release meeting.

Before the official release, Deputy General Manager of the Company made a prior speech, congratulating that seven groups were able to stand out and participate in the finals. This improvement event adopted a new judging mechanism mainly composed of departmental section chiefs, while also incorporating next-generation talent for communication and learning. After the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize goes to Section 2 of High-performance Production, the second prize to Finance, IT and Planning and the third prize to Logistics Section of Fine Chemical.

Finally, Deputy General Manager provided detailed comments and guidance to each of groups: he pointed out that the selection of topics should align with the operation policies of both the Company and their departments, closely adhere to departmental objectives, and also adequately explain the business processes and the setting of objectives, in a bid to improve the quality of the small group improvement event. He looked forward to better results in the next round of small group improvement event.
