The Company has started to organize employees to learn the Japanese language by utilizing their non-working hours within the Company since October 2014, in a move to let them have more understandings of the corporate culture and strengthen the communications between Chinese employees and Japanese employees. Employees can attend the class voluntarily and the Company has invited employees good at the Japanese language as teachers. 

When the class was inaugurated, the general manager of the Company also attended the commencement ceremony, encouraging everybody to play an active role and make efforts in learning the language. In addition, in order to spur everyone to learn Japanese persistently, the general manager took the lead in holding Japanese cuisine symposiums for the students of the class, so that everyone can know more about the Japanese culture while tasting the delicious Japanese foods, so as to stimulate students’ interest in learning Japanese. 

By conducting the above activities, the Company can not only enrich employees’ life in their spare times, but also create an atmosphere that employees learn proactively and initiatively and catch up with each other.
