To foster future managers and enhance their management and practice abilities, pursuant to this year’s plan, the Company will train 20 managers in three times, respectively focusing on: the ability of solving problems, of offering guidance to their subordinates, and of thinking strategically. The trainings were implemented by Business Consultants (Shanghai), Inc. invited by the Company.

The first training was held at Ramada Hotel on April 40, 2015, with relevant senior officers such as the company’s general manager, etc. to attend as observers. Twenty managers were divided into four groups, who were trained to understand and use the in-basket management and know how to manage their work in terms of priority, importance and urgency in the daily management work.

The second training was held at Sovereign Hotel on June 27, 2015, with senior officers such as the Company’s general manager, deputy general manager, etc. to attend as observers. On the basis of the first training, managers were regrouped for training. Training level for managers was enhanced trough strengthening the previous in-basket training, allowing them to flexibly use such technique in their daily work. In addition, communications between and among managers from different departments were also strengthened.
