In order to enhance the comprehensive management ability of the officers of Starlite and form an atmosphere of self-inspiration and learning in the Company, thereby influencing and spurring the employees under their management. For this purpose, each and every of the M / S officers of the Company was required to read two books per month and submit a post-reading impression to the Company starting from March 2016.

At AM9:30 – PM15:00, November 15, 2016 (Saturday), a total of 23 M/S officers held a reading-impressions release meeting. The general manager, deputy general manager, And the Minister of the Department also participated in the release meeting and offered their comments. The officers each made one of the books they read that had given their deepest impression into a PBT format, which was shared with everybody presented together with their work and expectations to the future. The general manager gave his instructions, requiring the officers that they must apply what read to their work and intensively read those good ones, becoming passionate and “self-burning” officers who can spur their subordinates.
