In order to let officers understand Chinese laws and regulations, correctly handle labor relations, guide and cultivate their subordinates, and enhance their comprehensive management ability, Mr. HU, the Company’s legal adviser, was specially invited to offer a training of labor relations management skills for approximately 43 officers above the section-chief level at AM9:00 - PM16:30, November 5.

Through the one-day lecture of Mr. HU, the officers got fully understood the relevant laws and handling techniques in connection with the employee enrollment, work injury, transfer and coordination and handling of labor relations. During the training, the teacher also interacted with the officers through the explanation of relevant cases, thus enlivening the atmosphere. The General Manager delivered speeches both before and after the training, requiring officers to be able to apply what learned to their actual work.
