2024 Dormitory-opening and Ribbon-cutting Ceremony
As this warm winter brought sunlight to the land, with the aim of improving the living condition of employees and enhancing their sense of well-being and attainment, Starlite Kunshan started the dormitory renovation project with great determination and effort. This dormitory full of life goals and ideals was upgraded and refreshed after more than 120 days of waiting and expectation.
On the afternoon of December 9, 2024, the ribbon-cutting ceremony unveiling the company’s employee dormitory was held, and the board chairman took the time to attend this great event after traveling from afar. The ceremony began with the speech of the deputy general manager. Accompanied by bursts of warm applause, the chairman and general manager jointly unveiled “Cangyueliao”- the employee dormitory dubbed “Verdant Moon”. The board chairman delivered a speech, in which he firstly expressed his gratitude to all the lodging employees and the general affairs department for their contributions, and then introduced the symbolism of the “Cangyueliao” to everyone, expecting that they can have more ambitious aspirations and more solid footsteps to pursue their own goals in life, and this renovation also could provide the lodging employees with a place for conducting activities. The chairman pointed out that this place is not only for the employees who have moved in, but also a beautiful vision for those who will join the company and live together in the future, who will gather together here and inspire each other. Afterwards, the chairman, general manager and all the senior officers attended the ribbon-cutting and witnessed this important moment together with every Starlite person. At the end of this event, one of the lodging employees as their representative made a speech, and they also rehearsed and prepared a program on their own initiative to present a dance called “Grateful Heart” for the board chairman, and at the end of the dance, they together gave a gift as thanks to him. After the ceremony, all the senior officers and lodging employees took a group photo with the dormitory.
Starlite takes “Respect the Nature and Love People” as the tenet and employee happiness as its focus point, letting employees continuously enhance the sense of attainment, happiness and security in their work and life. Seeing the contrast between the old dormitory and the well-equipped new one, the lodging employees can hardly hide their gratitude. They will dedicate themselves with full enthusiasm and firm belief to the development of Starlite and overcome obstacles in its future.

Exhibition Report on Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition
The 22nd Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition was held at the Canton Fair Complex from November 15 to 18, 2024. This exhibition was large in scale, with an overall exhibition area of nearly 220,000 square meters. Numerous mainstream auto brands and auto parts exhibitors participated in the exhibition, showcasing the visitors the future development direction of automobiles and the latest products, technologies and services for aftermarket.
Considering the debut at the fair of explosive development of new energy vehicles and our future business development direction, we showed our achievements in new materials and their excellent performance, especially their application in the new energy automobile industry, such as new energy compressor TIP SEAL, SIDE SEAL, new energy automobile temperature control valves, actuators and other high-end parts, expecting to gain more customers' favor in these fields.
The exhibition displayed more than 1100 whole sets of vehicles, of which new energy vehicles accounted for 43.7%, attracting a lot of visitors. We took this opportunity to receive a total of 21 enterprises, of which five need us to follow up to focus on for development and confirmation, in a bid to be able cooperate with them as soon as possible. Subsequently, we will continue to participate in various exhibitions, in an attempt to promote our products, technical innovation capabilities and the corporate culture of “Respect the Nature and Love People”, striving to contribute to the sustainable development of this company.

2024 Second Half Small Group Improvement Event Release
The small group improvement activities in the second half of 2024 were conducted and implemented by 17 groups of Starlite actively by eyeing on the whole company’s policies. After being selected and recommended by various business departments, seven groups entered the company-level release.
The whole-company release event was officially implemented on November 8. Before the release, the Deputy General Manager delivered a prior speech, explaining the purpose and significance of the event. The seven groups successively displayed their results. After appraisal and selection by the panel of judges, the winding groups were: 1 First Prize: Purchasing Section (Resource Guard Team), Second Prize: Section 3 of High-performance Production (Fire and Wind Group), Third Prize: Section 2 of Fine Chemical Production (Sparkling-star Group). After the release, the Deputy General Manager gave the detailed guidance and summary to each releasing group one by one in turn. Looking forward to the next event, it is expected that each group can continue to focus on the company’s policies, raise and solve problems, and better carry out small group activities.

Report on 2024 Shanghai International Auto Air-Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition
With the rapid take-off of China’s automobile industry, China’s mobile refrigeration industry shows a fast development trend, we as a major player in the compressor seals market, attended the show at the Shanghai International Expo Center, Hall N5 by carefully displaying our products from October 21 to 23, 2024.
Shanghai International Automotive Air Conditioning and Thermal Management Technology Exhibition has been held for 22 years since its inception, which closely follows the development trend of the mobile refrigeration industry with continuous innovation, and known for its professionalism in the mobile refrigeration industry. Exhibitors and brands attended this exhibition reached 650. We were actively having PR exchanges with major automotive compressor parts and components exhibitors, while at the same time communicating with visiting customers.
During the three days of exhibition, a total of more than 33 enterprises had exchanges with us, including 11 ones showing intention of cooperation with us, and they need to be followed up for confirmation, and also become our subsequent new customer development focus, thus further enhancing our market share in the field of automotive compressor seals.

Exhibition Report on China International Industry Fair 2024
At the end of September, we participated in the industrial fair held at the National Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai. This expo features the theme of “Carbon-cycle New Industry and Digital New Economy”, grasping the pulse of high-quality development of the industrial economy.
The exhibition is divided into such professional exhibition areas as CNC Machine Tools and Metal Processing, Industrial Automation, New Energy and Intelligent Networked Automobiles, Robots, covering the whole industry chain from both basic materials and key components for the manufacturing to advanced manufacturing equipment and overall solutions.
We focused on the display of reducer gears, sealing rings for air conditioners, friction materials and other related product. There are a lot of exhibitors and visitors, involving many sectors. Customers showed interesting in our plastic gears and pump body related products. At the fair, up to 33 customers had exchanges and communications with us. We will focus on seven of them and visit their sites subsequently, in a bid to get operation opportunities.

2024 Employee Tourism
From September 14 to 16, Starlite and its trade union implemented 2-day and 3-day tours for all the employees during the Mid Autumn Festival holiday as per the annual plan. Tourism designations are mainly Lin'an and Pan'an in Zhejiang province, and Lushan in Jiangxi province.
Lushan, a cultural mountain with a long history, is not only renowned for its beautiful landscape, but also carries a profound historical and cultural heritage. It is a holy place where both literati and poets eulogize; This is also the birthplace of Chinese pastoral poetry, the source of Chinese landscape poetry, and one of the birthplaces of Chinese landscape painting; it is also one of the important holy sites of Buddhism and Taoism. Lushan has such famous scenery attractions as Sandie Springs, Hanpokou, and Wulao Peak, with mount peaks shrouded in mist and clouds and faintly visible, as if one traveling through time and space, allowing him to appreciate its magnificence and mystery together with ancient people.
Pan'an, Zhejiang, is a secluded paradise for ancient literati, attracting countless tourists with its fresh air and beautiful natural scenery. Its “Volcanic Flat-bed Creek” is a masterpiece in the world, with beautiful scenery such as Plum Blossom Waterfall and Jinshitan Pool. One’s each step moving forward brings him a stunning painting.
You can stroll along the mountain path, breath fresh air, and feel the gifts of nature. These trips do not only allow us to appreciate the amazing craftsmanship of nature and the profound cultural history, but also let us relax and enjoy ourselves both physically and mentally free from intense work. At the same time, they also allow us to deeply feel the power and warmth of the team and the deep communication and exchange between/among employees, spending happy time together. In the future, we will devote ourselves to the work with even greater enthusiasm and spare no efforts to contribute to the development of the Company.

Report on Exhibition at 2024 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo
and The 9th Asia Pacific Battery Exhibition
In the context of the vigorous development of the global battery and energy storage industry, we attended the WBE2024 - 2024 World Battery & Energy Storage Industry Expo and the 9th Asia-Pacific Battery Exhibition held in Guangzhou from August 8 to 10, 2024.
We carefully arranged a booth at the exhibition, fully demonstrated our material technology and mold flow analysis competence, and highlighted the display of Starlite’s own brand resin products that are independently researched and developed by the Company, including fluorine parts for high-performance batteries and key components of energy storage systems, among others.
During the exhibition, more than 30 enterprises were attracted to have exchanges with us, including eight key ones we conducted in-depth technical exchanges with them. Subsequently, we will follow up the exchanges and grasp their needs, and strive for introduction of new products in the field of new energy battery energy storage, which will inject new impetus into the Company's subsequent development.

Report on Display at 2024 Shanghai International Industrial Automation
and Industrial Robot Exhibition
The transformation of “Made in China 2025” from “Manufacturing” to “Intelligent manufacturing” has become a major direction for China’s industrial transformation and upgrade, where, automation, as the cornerstone of intelligent transformation, is undoubtedly of paramount importance SIA Shanghai International Industrial Automation and Robotics Exhibition integrates years of industry resources and gathers development advantages. This year’s exhibition was held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center from July 24 to 26, 2024, and we participated in this exhibition too.
SIA China Smart Factory Exhibition is a professional exhibition for smart factories in China, featuring products relating to industrial automation, industrial robots, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, factory logistics, and intelligent transmission, among other things.
We upgraded the display style at this exhibition, making careful preparation from lighting posters to display of physical products. This exhibition witnessed a large foot traffic, with more than 30 manufacturers exchanged with us, including 12 customers that need to be focused on as key ones for development in the future. As the post-expo follow-up visit plays a vital role, we strive to have cooperation with them earliest.

2024 Small Group Improvement Event Release
On Monday, May 27, 2024, the 2024 First Half Release Meeting of Small Group Improvement Event was held. There were total 16 groups participated in this period’s Small Group Improvement Event at the beginning of this year. After efforts made by various groups and release and selection of candidates at the business department level, a total of seven groups was recommended to attend this company-level release meeting.
Before the official release, Nakai, deputy general manager made an opening speech, explaining that Starlite Kunshan’s small group promotion was synchronizing with the head office in Japan, and the event holding was changed to twice a year (one each in the first half and second half), congratulating the seven groups participating in this release to achieve good results. Through the intensive and wonderful release of various groups and the final assessment by the judge panel, it was determined that: the first prize went to the Section 1 of Fine Chemical Production, the second prize to General Affair Section and the third prize to Logistics Section of Fine Chemical. Finally, Deputy General Manager of Marketing made his detailed comments on each group: and explained that the topic selection of each group was relatively good this time, and the overall level of small group improvement event had improved compared with previous ones, and he looked forward to the next half small group improvement event in which better results could be achieved.

11th Blood Donation Event
The Company organized employees who met the physical conditions for blood donation to actively participate in blood donation activities, in a move to advocate social contribution and social responsibility.
On the morning of May 31, 2024, for successfully carrying out this significant activity that benefits people, oneself, and society, the Company posted a notice of various tips relating to blood donation on the bulletin board and introduced such knowledge at meetings, letting employees to have a full understanding of blood donation activities, eliminating their worries, and then they actively responded to participating in the blood donation activities. Through the above promotion, employees gained a comprehensive understanding of the significance of this blood donation event and showed great enthusiasm.
Throughout the entire event, the staff of the Kunshan Red Cross Love Blood Donation Center were always on site to answer questions and solve difficulties for employees, enthusiastically providing service to each of donors, ensuring the smooth completion of this donation work. The entire event was filled with warmth and genuine emotions, showcasing the spirit of “Humanity, Fraternity, and Dedication”.
The successful donation of 8,600 milliliters of blood by the Company fully demonstrates the strong sense of social responsibility and selfless dedication of our employees. Starlite’s s 24th Event at Welfare Agency
Starlite’s senior officers, trade union members, and members of the volunteer team paid a visit to Kunshan Welfare Agency on the morning of May 26, 2024.
At this 24th welfare agency activity of “Respect the Nature, Love People, Philanthropic Starlite” held, toys, daily necessities, snacks, and other items were presented to children in Kunshan Welfare Agency to celebrate the upcoming June First Children’s Day.
The entourage of our senior officers and trade union members had a cordial conversation with staff there about the infrastructure construction and management of the welfare agency, and learned about the health, life and learning of the children in the agency, and at the same time expressed respect and gratitude to them.
During the event, surrounded by smiling naive faces full of innocence, the Company's leaders and trade union members distributed milk, bread, and other items to the children, and wished every child a happy Children's Day of June First! Starlite 21st Donation Event -
“Respect the Nature, Love People, Philanthropic Starlite”
For twenty-one years of ups and downs, our love has never interrupted. Starlite Kunshan ushered its 30th anniversary in 2024, receiving a lot of care from the regional society over the past 30 years. As a link of feedback to society, it is also for promotion of good exchanges and cooperation with local governments and embodiment of social responsibilities, and making due contributions to the promotion of regional culture, on the occasion of our 30th anniversary celebration ceremony held on May 18, we conducted the 21st donation event dubbed “Respect the Nature, Love People, Philanthropic Starlite” to Kunshan Contemporary Kunqu Opera Theater in a move to contribute to the development of Kunqu.
Kunqu originated in Kunshan and is one of the oldest existing opera styles in China. It is known as the “ancestor of operas”. It has a profound influence on Chinese opera art. And in 2001, Kunqu was declared a “masterpiece of human history and Intangible Heritage” by UNESCO director general Koichiro Matsuura at its headquarters in Paris. Kunshan Contemporary Kunqu Opera Theater has specially set Kunqu Cultural Center, allowing visitors to look back on the 600-year history of Kunqu and share the event of the revitalization of Kunqu in the new era.
We are deeply honored to be able to contribute to the development of Kunqu. In the future, Starlite Kunshan will continue to share the development results, further strengthen its connection with the regional society, and make due contributions to the development of Kunshan.
