The third training of “enhancing management and practice abilities” of managers was held for 20 managers of Starlite at Sovereign Hotel Kunshan on August 1, 2015. Training courses continue to use the in-basket test method, focusing on strengthening their abilities of making decisions and judging and solving problems from the strategic perspective of the Company. And through the practice of developing a medium-term strategy, the training makes the managers clearly understand their missions as managers.  

The deputy general manager of the Company also required managers to focus their work on long-term objectives, rather than the present, and they shall dare to innovate and reform, creating their “brand”, and only if the managers have created their “brand”, they can promote their subordinates move forward together.  

We believe that the Company and individuals will get better development through three trainings and application in their daily work of what learned in the training.
