In order to strenthen the communication between departments and increase the cohesion of employees as well as foster employees’ positive spirit, the Company and its trade union decided  to carry out the 2016 tourism event for employees.

This tourism event has three designation catogories based on employees’ service years at the Company, that is, one day to Wuxi City, two days to Yangzhou and Zhenjiang cities, all three cities in Jiangsu Province and two days to Zhoushan city, Zhejiang Province.To avoid any impact on production and operation, the tourism is arranged in two rounds, with the first round implemented from August 20 to 21, and the second round implemented from September 10 to 11.

Withtotally natural and picturesque scenery, Turtle Head Isle in Wuxi enjoys the reputation of Lake Taihu’s No.1 attraction. As China’s famous garden on the lake, Yangzhou Slender West Lake is known for its charming and exquisite natural beauty. Rich historical and cultural legacy, slender and tortuous lakeway, spring willows along long embankments, lotuses swinging with the warm breeze and bridges in misty rain, all these togeher look like just a natural and long roll of traditional Chinese painting, never losing its appeal to visitors. As the most ideal sea paradise, Zhejiang Zhoushan’s sand beach is of superior characteristics with fine and smooth sand.

The event’s object is to let employees have both a chance to relax themselves and a good time to learn something from the trourism. It is important that how we can integrate the teamspirit into the event, and what is more important is to create a proactive and motivated atmosphere with unity and cohesion among and between all employees.
