The second Small Group Improvement Event in March this year was launched. Total 39 groups were established by the Company. After efforts made by various departments for more than six months, assessment and release of improvements proposed by the said groups were implemented in the departments internally in mid-October, with total 13 groups recommended by them as candidates. On October 28, 2015, these candidates participated in the company-level release and top six groups were awarded, which are: 

Quality Assurance Section: First Place;

High-performance Biotechnology Development Office: Second Place;

Fine Chemical Logistics Section: Third Place;

High-performance Section 2, Fine Chemical Logistics Section, and High-performance Equipment Maintenance Section: Encouragement Award.
